BREAKING NEWS!! EPC changes for new tenancies from 2028 not 2030!!

The government’s consultation on EPC standards will mean that new tenancies will have to meet “C” rating by 2028 instead of the previous understanding of 2030.  The latter date will only apply to historic tenancies so that by 2030, ALL tenancies will have to be compliant.
