BANES Consultation now on – Enforcement and Financial Penalty Policy

BANES has launched its Housing Services Enforcement and Financial Penalty Policy consultation (see link below).  The consultation closes at 5pm on Wednesday 23 September.

This is the chance for landlords to comment on the scale of the locally proposed penalties which at first sight, appear draconian.
