Team Members

The Association of Local Landlords (Wessex) is managed by a volunteer committee of experienced local Landlords and Letting Agent representatives.

The committee

The committee meets regularly to discuss future ALL Wessex meetings and any relevant Landlord or Local Authority matters arising.

ALL Wessex, is governed by the Association’s Constitution & Rules.

The biographies of ALL Wessex Committee members are presented below:
BETH PERRY

BETH PERRY

Chairman

Beth has been a landlord for over 15 years, working across both HMO student accommodation and residential property. Over that time, she’s seen the sector evolve significantly, and had the opportunity to experience it from multiple angles—both as an investor and as an operator.

Beth is also the owner of a letting and estate agency with branches in Bath and Bristol, currently managing around 700 properties. That day-to-day involvement keeps Beth closely connected to the realities landlords are facing—whether that’s regulation, tenant expectations, or the practical challenges of running a portfolio.

Natasha Easen

Having advised on high-value on- and off-market transactions, Build-to-Rent schemes, and complex portfolio structures, she brings strong commercial insight together with in-depth legal and regulatory knowledge.
As a landlord herself, with experience in both residential and short-term holiday lets, Natasha offers a practical, first-hand perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s landlords.
