Team Members

Rob was re-elected as Chairman during the 2022 December AGM, having served as Chair previously for 8 years between May 2013 and November 2021. Rob is the founder of the Association of Local Landlords (Wessex). In anticipation of a continuously changing and challenging PRS environment, Rob is keen to ensure the ALL Wessex voice against any future threat to local landlords is heard. This includes representation at both local and central Government levels.

Peter’s career was in the insurance industry where he worked as a surveyor inspecting commercial premises for underwriters. He is still doing this work part-time as a consultant at 70 years old. Peter’s work includes assessing liability risk, as such he now holds a Health & Safety Diploma and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Peter has been a landlord since 1997. Over the years he has increased his portfolio and today Peter has 5 self-contained flats; 4 are in South Gloucestershire and one is in Cornwall. Peter is also a director of two residential property management companies.

Peter has been a member of ALL Wessex since it was first established and is also a member of the NRLA.

When he is not working Peter likes to go hiking and is the chairman of a rambling club in Bristol.

Estera Cwiklinska joined the Committee as a volunteer for the position of Treasurer in 2015.

Estera is a landlord and an established professional in the property agency business with extensive experience in residential lettings and holiday rentals.

Estera is a qualified Accounting Technician and Trustee on the Committee.

Dorian has been a landlord in the student and professional sectors since 2000, with properties located mostly in the Bristol area. He lives in London and also works as an IT consultant. He has been a member of the NLA for 10 years and member of ALL Wessex since its inception.

Dorian brings a wealth of experience to ALL Wessex and joins Karen Blick at West of England Landlord and Letting Agent Panel meetings.

With committee member Karen Blick, Dorian Hardacre represents ALL Wessex at West of England Landlord and Letting Agent Panel Meetings regularly held with PRS representatives of BCC, BANES, SGlos and North Somerset Local Authorities.
