What does ALL Wessex do?

Through our popular meetings held regularly in Keynsham, ALL Wessex aims to keep local landlords (Bath, NE Somerset, Bristol and South Glos) informed on local and national issues. Our Committee comprises experienced landlords and letting agents who are always willing to help and support local landlords in their quest to achieve and maintain a viable business commensurate with a good standard of service and accommodation.

To achieve this we support local landlords in their development, offer guidance and provide help. This is delivered primarily through our meetings. We stay informed by working closely with our local authorities and other relevant organisations. In all instances we work in the best interests of member landlords.

ALL Wessex focuses on issues that arise from within Local Government, an increasingly important authority since Central Government’s decentralisation and the empowerment of our local authorities.

Sponsors & service providers

ALL Wessex receives donations and has access to expert help from local business sponsors.

We appreciate the funds that are kindly donated to us by our sponsors.

Funds are also raised through our role as an introducer of landlord insurance products available from “Alan Boswell Insurance“.

To encourage their continued support, please consider the services and products offered by these companies.
