Global Compliance are a small local family business, with 25 years’ experience providing Electrical Compliance Services, EICR’s, PAT Testing, & Electrical Repairs to Landlords, & Property Agents across Bath, Bristol, North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
As a landlord it is a requirement to comply with correct legislation regarding electrical safety.
From 1st July 2020, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s) became Mandatory for new tenancy’s & from April 1st 2021 for all existing tenancy’s.
Global Compliance provide a simple pricing structure based on the size of the property & can issue certification within 24 hours of the inspection.
