Shelter autumn budget submission

The charity Shelter has submitted recommendations for the autumn budget.  Recommendations include an increase in Local Housing Allowance rates to match rents charged within the private rented sector, a request for the budget to honour the Conservative manifesto commitment to reform compulsory purchase and to follow through on proposed changes to the National Policy Framework.
