WOE_Logos_FIN_webThe collective Council Authorities of Bristol, Bath, NE Somerset and South Gloucestershire have today launched their new West of England (WoE) Rental Standard. The aim is that the WoE Rental Standard becomes the single accreditation badge for compliant landlords and agents across the WoE and replaces previous accreditation schemes in the area.  The WoE Rental Standard will be sourced to landlords and letting agents by WoE approved Accreditation organisations such as landlord and letting agent associations that already have an accreditation scheme and code of practice in place.  Interested organisations must apply to be considered as a WoE Accreditation provider before 12th February.  Successful organisations will be announced at the WoE Expo on 17th March.  More information can be found via this link.
