Update: for those who are supporting or following this fight for a Judicial Review of Clause 24 (commonly known as the “Alice in Wonderland Tax Grab”), you will be pleased to know that the first stage of raising the the necessary funds has been met.

This case has been successfully funded to date and donations are now closed. However, a new funding stage is expected to open again in the near future. So that you can be kept up to date and contacted again when the next stage of funding is required please regularly visit the funding page .

Landlords lead campaign against the Government’s recently announced buy-to-let tax changes.  To enable their experienced legal team to fight Clause 24 and take this matter as far as the Judicial Review process will allow, they need your support.

The Finance Act 2015 includes Clause 24, which overturns a fundamental financial business principle, where INCOME less COSTS equals PROFIT.
